How far in advance should I request ground handling services?
We recommend submitting ground handling requests at least 24–48 hours before your planned arrival to allow sufficient time for coordination and confirmation. However, we understand that aviation operations can change rapidly and we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Do you handle VIP and government aircraft ground handling?

What aircraft types can you handle on the ground?

What types of aviation permits does Aero Assist Global process?
We process all types of aviation permits including overflight permits, landing permits, diplomatic clearances, military overflight and landing authorizations, humanitarian flight permits, slot coordination at congested airports, dangerous goods transport approvals, cabotage and traffic rights applications, and NOTAM filings. How long does it take to obtain an overflight permit?
Processing times vary by country and permit type. Standard overflight permits for most countries are processed within 2–24 hours. Landing permits typically take 24–72 hours. Diplomatic and government clearances may take 3–7 days, and military authorizations can take 5–14 days or longer. We always recommend submitting permit requests at least 72 hours in advance. For urgent requests, contact us immediately and we will do our best to expedite processing.
What documents are required for permit processing?
Typical documents required include: Certificate of Registration (COR), Certificate of Airworthiness (COA), aircraft insurance certificate, noise certificate, radio station license, Air Operator Certificate (AOC), operating license, crew licenses and medical certificates, and flight plan details. Additional documents such as passenger manifests, cargo manifests, dangerous goods declarations, or diplomatic notes may be required depending on the country and type of operation. Our permits team will advise you on all specific requirements.
Can you process permits for military and government flights?
Yes. We have specialized experience processing permits for military and government aviation operations. Military overflight and landing authorizations are handled through defense ministries and military aviation authorities. Government and diplomatic flights are coordinated through official channels including embassies and foreign ministries — all handled with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
What happens if a permit is denied or delayed?

This includes verification of valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC), IOSA safety audit status, IS-BAO compliance check, ARG/US or Wyvern safety rating verification, insurance coverage verification, incident and accident history review, crew qualifications check, and aircraft maintenance records review. Does Aero Assist Global arrange cargo charter flights?
Yes. We arrange dedicated cargo charter flights for all types of freight including general cargo, time-critical express freight, oversized and out-of-gauge cargo, dangerous goods (subject to applicable regulations), live animals, pharmaceuticals and temperature-sensitive cargo, valuable cargo, and humanitarian relief supplies. We have access to a wide range of freighter aircraft from small turboprops to large wide-body freighters including the Antonov AN-124 for outsize cargo.
What types of aviation fuel does Aero Assist Global supply?
We coordinate supply of all major aviation fuel types including Jet-A1 (the most widely used aviation turbine fuel across the Philippines), Jet-A (primarily used in the US market), AvGas 100LL (for piston-engine aircraft), Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), JP-8 and F-34 (military grade fuels), and Jet-B wide-cut fuel for cold weather operations. All fuel supplied meets strict international quality specifications including DEF STAN 91-091 and ASTM D1655.

How do you ensure the quality of fuel supplied?
We only work with JIG-certified fuel suppliers and into-plane service providers who comply with all applicable international aviation fuel quality and safety standards. Every uplift is accompanied by complete quality documentation including fuel release certificates, density records, and supplier quality certificates. Strict contamination prevention protocols are followed at every fuelling point including filter checks, bonding and grounding procedures, and dead man's handle safety systems.
Can you arrange Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)?
Yes. Aero Assist Global actively promotes and coordinates SAF supply for operators committed to reducing their carbon footprint. SAF is currently available at a growing number of airports across the Philippines and can reduce lifecycle CO2 emissions by up to 80% compared to conventional jet fuel. We provide full SAF documentation to support your CORSIA compliance reporting including chain of custody certificates. Contact our fuel team to check SAF availability at your destination.
How far in advance should I request fuel coordination?
We recommend submitting fuel requests at least 24 hours before your planned arrival to allow sufficient time for supplier coordination and confirmation. For remote or challenging destinations where fuel availability may be limited, we recommend requesting as early as possible — ideally 48–72 hours in advance.
